Re-uniting family, PA education

Donation protected

Briefly, my 13-year-old daughter has had no contact with my family in 6 years and I last saw her in January 2016. The courts and all parties have known of the emotional damage my daughter is experiencing since March 2011 via the MSW visit report. Subsequent MSW’s have recommended therapy, and professional review, yet none has been ordered. The presiding judge did not order professional review, (diagnose for Child Psychological Abuse) or in any way protect my child despite my filing amicus briefs specific to this in May 2014. This is all covered in my letter to the Chinese Consulate.

In January 2018 I hand delivered a formal letter to the Chinese Consulate, which later became the basis of my petition, Feb, 2018 to the OHCHR, Office of the High Commissioner on Human Rights. I need to see and re-establish my relationship to my daughter immediately. I need a non-American to submit a complaint with the CRC on behalf of my daughter. For those who wish to support me and my daughter with a donation, I will share with you that Chinese Consulate letter that references online documents.

The years of litigation have interfered with my professional abilities to earn a livelihood and driven me into poverty, I am currently homeless, thereby forcing me to rely on government funded and provided legal assistance. This is a recipe for disaster but more importantly years of harm to a child and the loss of a loving parent. The collected works of Dr. Craig Childress explains this harm in detail and within the DSM 5 parameters.

Sadly, as far back as 2013 the clinical literature has written of Parental Alienation, yet the courts and others often fail to act, become aware of PA or seek to understand it.

This GoFundMe is to enable me to secure legal assistance to help reunite with my daughter and bring light to the pathology of “Parental Alienation” an often used term for what is clinically known as child maltreatment and do the work needed to start a bi-annual panel on Parental Alienation at the United Nations, New York/Geneva.

Child Psychological Abuse, Confirmed, DSM-5 diagnosis of V995.51

Abstract

Child maltreatment is widespread and has a tremendous impact on child victims and their families. Over the past decade, definitions of child maltreatment have been developed that are operationalized, face valid, and can be reliably applied in clinical settings. These definitions have informed the revised Diagnostic and Statistical Manual (American Psychiatric Association, 2013) and are being considered for the International Classification of Disease-11 (World Health Organization). Now that these definitions are available in major diagnostic systems, primary healthcare providers and clinicians who see children and families are poised to help screen for, identify, prevent, and treat child maltreatment. This article reviews the definitions of maltreatment in these diagnostic systems, along with assessment and screening tools, and empirically supported prevention and intervention approaches.

During much of 2016 I covered the United Nations as a photojournalist . This experience and insight will help as I contact Missions and NGO’s seeking support for a bi-annual panel on “parental alienation” drawing experts worldwide to share the latest knowledge, treatments and papers on PA and other family issues. Using this world stage to shine a much needed light on the harm to children and families and providing targeted parents a platform to be heard.

I am no longer able to cover the United Nations here in New York City due to a hold on my passport even though my work has been published worldwide. To secure the return of my passport I must file in federal court, see Weinstein V Albright

I filed a complaint with the Department of Justice, regarding these two non-profits and the special court which they fund and who have violated our rights, July 2016, their response Aug 2016. In Oct 2016 I added parental alienation to this complaint, which the DOJ states is a form of Domestic Violence and provides services to victims, they have not responded nor provided services. I like many targeted parents and their children have received no help.

In February 2018 my formal letter to the Chinese Consulate was accepted by the petition team of the Office of the High Commissioner on Human Rights at the UN. I am now searching for a non US Citizen to file a complaint on behalf of my daughter under the Convention on the Rights of Children, Optional 3 because the United States has not ratified the CRC. (the US is now the only country to not ratify as the South Sudan has recently signed). This would allow for a request of immediate intervention to reunite with my daughter and other services.

I will be drafting a formal letter regarding the panel of Parental Alienation experts and ask that anyone who donates the minimum of $5.00 to sign and add your comments. I intend to formally submit this to the missions and NGO’s. We will be heard.

For supporters who donate $50.00 I will send you an 8 X 10 color print of a photo of your choosing of my work from China just tell me the number of the photo.

For $100.00 I will send you an 8 X 10, signed, color print. China just tell me the number of the photo.

For $150.00 I will send you an 11 X 14, signed, color print. China just tell me the number of the photo.

This is the REAL “Power To The People”!

We can do it now.. Instant!

Thank you.
