Flint Water Crisis: Flint Schools

Hey guys! Davida Williams here, and I am raising money to provide clean drinking water for Flint Public Schools Www.FlintSchools.org). I have been in communication with the superintendents office and will be having the funds sent directly to the Flint Community Schools Water Fund. As many of you hopefully know, the water in Flynt Michigan is contaminated with lead and many of the residents don't have access to clean drinking water. Anyone who has come in contact with the water is susceptible to lead poisoning, but children have a much higher risk. To date, there have been over 8,500 children exposed to lead. There are 5,500 children that attend Flint Community Schools where the donation will be made.  Just $4.00 will buy a whole case of water! Since this crisis has been going on for almost 2 years, and the government didn't declare a  state of emergency until January of 2016, we have a lot of catching up to do! Because of the severity of the situation, I am hoping to be able to order the water within the next two weeks. So, donate if you can! Thanks guys!
