Guatemala Missions Trip 2016

Dear friends and family,

I am excited to have the opportunity to go to Guatemala this summer for a missions trip. Your support would be greatly appreciated!

Details about the trip:

When: May 21-31, 2016

Where: Huehuetenango, Guatemala

Who: about 15 college students

What: We will be volunteering at La Escuela de Esperanza (The School of Hope) and Fundacion Salvacion Orphanage (Foundation Salvation Orphanage). Almost all of the students at the school are orphans and receive full scholarships to attend school. We will be helping in classrooms, playing games, teaching Bible lessons, and helping the teachers and staff in reaching their goals for this new year. We are also hoping to open a restaurant to employ teens moms.

​How much: $2000 covers all travel and trip expenses​ (needed by the end of March)

​Prayer requests: Please pray for the entire team as we raise funds and prepare to go!

P.S. As I think about going to Guatemala, I cannot help but remember going to Mexico in 2014.
