Darnell Lamont Walker & Passport Required are back and trying to get the kids in the pool because this summer is going to be a scorcher.
Sadly, the City of Charlottesville has made it very difficult for many of the kids to afford to enjoy the pools with their friends, so we're going to make it happen for them!
Each city pass for a child under 18 years old is $29. School is out and the fun must begin! Let's help these children get out there! Any amount helps and even sponsor a whole pass.
Each year, we've been thankful for people just like you who've made such an amazing difference in the life of the kids, and we've met our goal each year, helping at least 100 kids get to the pool. If you've gone by any of the parks, you've seen it yourself!
Let's make this year no different!
Parents: Please apply for the city scholarships in advanced, and check to see if your child is still on a previous year's scholarship as well. We can make the money stretch even further!
