Cupcakes & Conversation (also known as GirlTalk, Inc.) is a local nonprofit seeking to empower teenage girls to become the greatest version of themselves. We have a 9-month Saturday teen program for local girls in and around Petersburg, a 7-week summer program, and an annual PHS college scholarship.
Our vision is a world where teenage girls grow up with the full understanding and belief that they can literally do anything! A world where they assert control over their own self esteem and beliefs about their beauty, their intelligence, and their worth.
Our nonprofit is run SOLELY by volunteers and donations. Your assistance will go a long way. Donate today!
Donated Money will go toward the following:
1. 2017 PHS Student Scholarship
2. Supplies for our Craft Projects w/ the teens.
3. Snacks for teens during our discussion sessions
4. Any costs associated with bringing instructors to teach tangible skills to our girls.
5. Any upfront costs needed for future fundraising efforts or necessary administrative matters.
6. Any transportation costs needed when transporting teens.
