Help Bring the Warbirds Back to CQX

Help the warbirds come to our open house! We need your help to get'em back again this year for our 5th Annual Chatham Airport Open House / community day / car show / fly-in event!! Last years event attracted record numbers in large part due to our ability to attract some rare and very historic aircraft. However, as we have brought more interesting avation displays in, the costs for this event has risen. The cost has risen into the thousands of dollars, consisting of signage, advertising, food and fuel for display attendees. The people who display their aircraft and vehicles do so at their own expense and some unique aircraft require reimbursement for their fuel costs to attend. The local aviation community donates some money toward these costs, but we're hoping to reach out to a wider audience for financial support. Show your love for aviation by giving to this event if you can. Any excess money will be split three ways. Half will be retained for the 2019 event, and the remaining balance donated equally to Angel Flight and to a local charity in Chatham. We would love to see you Saturday June 9, 2018 for the open house!
