Please help Amanda get from A 2 B

Amanda Jones is a pillar of support in the Broome county community. She is a giver to those in need and one of the best daughters, sisters, and friends anyone could ask to have. As she faces several illnesses including, diabetic neuropathy, fibromyalgia, idiopathic intracranial hypertension, degenerative disk disease, sciatica, Major Depressive Disorder, and PTSD, she experiences the effects of financial hardship because of her inability to work. As her daily bills become insurmountable, her car, which is her life line to get her from A: home to B: reaching out for much needed support, basic tasks such as getting groceries, and necessary medical appointments,  is completely breaking down. It's old, a 2000 Saturn, but it's hers and it's the only thing that gets her where she needs to go. In her own words, "I've been thankful every day that my car has been able to bring me from here to there, however...it makes a lot of noise, has trouble accelerating, has trouble slowing once it gets to 60 or 65 mph, and vibrates like something I've never seen. Sometimes, the steering wheel vibrates so hard that it feels like it's going to rip right out of the floor!"
If you can find it in your hearts to help this most amazing person in time of need, it will be greatly appreciated. It seems that the car will need extensive work as well as the usual maintenance, oil and fluids changed, etc. Any little bit you can spare will help immensely.
