Monitor the Air in Coudersport
Donation protected
On July 12, 2017 Coudersport Area Municipal Authority (CAMA) board members leased land to Epiphany, a company planning to chemically treat and distill wate fluid from the region's unconventional shale wells upwind of Coudersport Elementary School and Borough of Coudersport.
After residents learned the board members leased to Epiphany, they began releasing helium balloons from the site and the balloons drifted over Coudersport Elementary School.
Thanks to the generosity of those who donated we purchased our first Speck air monitor! The unit, tax and shipping cost $178.62 And it's on the way!
My goal is to get 3 more units to place at other locations in the Borough of Coudersport to gather air quality data .
Please help me reach my goal. Even a small donation of $5 will help!
