Connected palliative care services

My Mom was diagnosed with stage 3 breast cancer on January 8th 2005 at the age of 40 when i was thirteen years old, after treatment my mom was given the all clear in April 2010. In October 2010 my mom had trouble moving her leg, after further investigation and biopsies doctors found that the cancer had returned to her bones. My Mom fought for a whole 14 years in total but sadly she could no longer fight and she lost her battle on the 20th August 2018 at just age 54 after the cancer had spread to her liver.  The connected palliative care team looked after my mom and my family until the very end, her nurse Gill visited us every week to offer us comfort and support during our Moms illness and also after my Mom passed away. Connected palliative care services are in aid of funding for a minibus to transport terminally ill patients more efficiently to and from their hospices. To fund this we are holding a charity night in my Moms memory and for additional donations i have decided to create this Go fund me page for those who wish to donate but cannot make it on the night. It doesn't matter how much you donate, this service deserves all the help that they can get!
