Help Us Save Lives-Clean Water

I am a student at Manchester Community College. In January myself and 9 others, who are in the MCC Global Citizens Club, will be traveling to Ecuador to work alongside Peace Corps members. We will be traveling to the Province of Bolivar, which is in the high Andes. We will be providing health education, bringing donations, and addressing the water issues in each of the villages.
We have been working hard on raising the money to cover all travel expenses, however altogther we will be short by $2,500.

Our ultimate goal is the raise enough money to build a new water reservoir for the villagers, as their current water supplies are extremely poluted and filled with parasites. Men, women, children, and even babies have parasites living inside of them making them sick, and drastically stunting their growth.
Can you imagine living with parasites? Or being sick all of the time and watching your children be sick as well?
Once we reach Ecuador we will team up with our contacts in the Peace Corps to begin our mission. This gofundme is simply to help cover the remaining travel expenses.
