Children Matter. Childhood Matters. Life matters. I am Becky, a mum of 3 and massive Coke Zero addict - like I drink it fron the minute I get up to the minute I go to bed. Every single day. I've decided I'm going to give up drinking Coke Zero for at least a month and give the money I'd normally spend it on to a children's charity. Not only the children supported by the charity will benefit but I'm hoping mine will too - I'm hoping to feel less tired and see if changing this one huge part of my diet can positively impact my physical and mental health, for myself and for my family.
