Hello, I am Kaye Mershon, the owner of Clip Appeal Style Shop located 9183 W. Florissant in Ferguson, Missouri. We have been blessed to service this community for the past 22 years at this location.
In the midst of the protest since August 2014, the barbers have worked to continue providing service to their clients as well as provide the basic needs for themselves and their families. For the past three months we have been challenged to remain faithful. Our business has been impacted by the closing of the streets, limiting access to the barber shop; broken windows/doors damaged equipment and fire damage to the inside.
The challenge has not been successful because we know, "No weapon formed against you shall prosper..." Isaiah 54:17
We love this community; we are a part of the Ferguson Family. We will continue to provide services as well as assist in rebuilding.
I love my barbers so I created this fund to assist each barber. For most of the barbers here Clip Appeal is the only source of income for them to provide for their families.
