An Angel's Chance

You know that feeling you get of unconditional, instant, indescribable love when you lay your eyes on the most precious gift you can ever receive for the first time? Think about all the times your heart has melted when you looked into the eyes of your child and thought to yourself there is no greater feeling. We wouldn't trade being a parent for the world. Now, think of what your life would be like without them. You wouldn't feel complete. There is a precious and completely deserving couple who I hold close to my heart whose dream is to become a mommy and daddy. I have known them for as long as they have been married (4 years) and have watched them struggle, cry, scream, and feel completely defeated in their journey to become parents. They have been trying all this time and nothing has worked. Through blood tests, to medication, to constant doctors visits and shots they have prayed and hoped for a baby to cradle in their arms. Here's where i need your help...they have come to a standstill in their journey to become parents because the doctors insist on doing IVF. They can't continue until they have a total of $15,000 upfront. No payment plan is offered. If you could see how amazing they are with their nieces and nephews as well as my little boy, you would understand how bad I want this for them. They are by far the most deserving couple I know to be someone's mommy and daddy. Their hearts are as big as Texas. They once got pregnant before and miscarried. You can imagine what heartache this brought. I have never seen two people more in love and have so much love to offer. Even if you can only donate $5, it's that much closer to helping Lori and Jake become parents and bringing a sweet baby into this world. To those who get to hug your babies right every night, remember how blessed you are to have someone call you mommy or daddy. No one who wants to be parents should be stopped because of finances.
