Farewell, but not Goodbye
Dear Readers, it is with mixed feelings that I announce that I am stepping down as Editor of the Citizens’ Pages, (the “Pages”) something that is appropriate as I have decided to run for election as Mayor of the Town of The Blue Mountains.
While I am excited by the new challenge I am taking on, I will miss writing the Pages.
The Pages will, however, live on, as I have been able to pass on the torch to an extremely capable Editorial Committee of John Milne, Patricia Grant, Paul Wilson and Julia Hinds, who with the support of the Citizens’ Forum have agreed to keep publishing the Citizens’ Pages.
While this GoFundMe page is being shut down as it was linked to me, donations to the Citizens' Pages may still be dropped off at Riverside Graphics in Clarksburg or mailed to RIVERSIDE GRAPHICS, 158 CLARK ST, CLARKSBURG, ON N0H 1J0..
Please be generous with your donations as having our own little newspaper is vitally important particularly during this election period.
