Chloe's Volunteer Trip to Fiji

My name is Chloe Webster and I am currently 18 years old, living in the small town of Tannum Sands. I am currently studying at Central Queensland University. I am also part of another volunteering program called AIME. 
Previously I have volunteered for a wide range of organisations including Relay For Life, 40 hour Famine and the Leukeamia Foundation.
This year I am planning on travelling to Fiji to do a volunteer program through Vesabroad.
Fiji is an amazing place to visit, however the children and families living in the country are severely disadvanataged.
This program helps to rebuild their homes, shelters and schools and help build a safer and friendlier environment. Previously in this program bus stops have been made for children so that they can safely travel to school, which has inspired me to volunteer for the program.
This program is also designed to help the children learn to speak English. This would be an amazing experience for me, and I am hoping to make the most of it by helping as many families as I can to get a head start in their childhood years. Many of these children do not get the luxury of schools, a safe home and a sustainable amount of food. I am hoping that I can make a difference in these children's lives and give them a safer and more educational future.
I am hoping to raise $4000 for the trip, and I would be incredibly grateful to raise this whole amount. I am beyond excited to see the culture in Fiji as well as experiencing what every day life is for these people.
Any additional money will be donated directly to the organisation itself in hopes that more people will become involved in the program and help these families.
