At Yoga Health Institute Corporation, we uplift yoga instructors and communities through evidence-based yoga that calms the nervous system, heals the body, and sharpens the mind.

Our founder, Ricky Tran, discovered yoga in 2005, began teaching in 2007, and has since led over 24,000 hours of classes for students from all walks of life. He has also trained and certified numerous yoga teachers.

After a tornado struck Dallas in 2019, Ricky led a team of yoga volunteers to support an impacted school. That experience inspired a broader vision: to bring healing yoga to schools, hospitals, clinics, and workplaces.

Today, our goal is to become a school that trains others to serve educators, healthcare providers, leaders, and everyone in between. We are actively raising funds to build a team, cover operating expenses, and eventually hire a full-time marketing professional. We are also saving toward securing a dedicated space to host ongoing classes, certification programs, and community offerings.
