About Transplanting Traditions Community Farm
The Mission of Transplanting Traditions Community Farm is to provide refugee adults and youth access to land, healthy food and agricultural based economic opportunities. The heart of TTCF is an 8-acre farm in Chapel Hill, N.C. where refugees from Burma build farm businesses and re-create home. We envision a world in which all people have access to healthy affordable food, land, education, satisfying work and a space to celebrate culture and to build strong resilient communities.
