The scale of destruction, and the serious injuries caused by the Hanover Apartment fire are shocking and tragic. My thoughts are with the families, relatives, and friends of the many people who have been affected. This tragedy touches everyone in SeaTac and beyond. After a year of crisis dozens of families have lost everything.

Now, we must come together as a community to help. The East African Community of Seattle has set up a fundraiser to help our neighbors, friends, and family recover from this terrible event. Please consider a donation.
