SER de PR offers rehabilitation, education, social and psychological services in Puerto Rico to the population with a disability. Most of our participants are from low income families. 
 
Our mission is to provide exceptional medical, therapeutic, and educational services to people with disabilities so they can reach their full potential.  It is the only pediatric rehabilitation center in the island where medical and multidisciplinary services are offered in an integrated manner.
