Saturday July 17th is the date of the One Man Race.  I'll be running a 10k on the West Side Highway in New York City.

This year for my birthday I'm raising money to benefit Safe Horizon - the nation's largest victim services agency. 

Their mission is to provide support, prevent violence and promote justice for victims of crime and abuse, their families, and communities.

Any donation will help make an impact. Thanks in advance for your contribution to this cause that means so much to me and means even more to the Safe Horizon community.

Here are some examples of how your donation can impact lives:  

$25 Can operate SafeChat, our online chat support for survivors, for one session.

$75 Can feed a family in a domestic violence shelter for a week through our pantry program.

$150 Can provide a Citrix license to a Safe Horizon Advocate or Case Manager working with clients remotely.

$250 Can provide a medical examination for a child after abuse at a Child Advocacy Center.

$1,000 Can prepare 200 grab and go meals for homeless young people.
