COVID-19 Relief for Refugee Women's Network
The Corona Virus outbreak has impacted the world. We now realize, more than ever, that we are all connected. We understand that everyone is struggling together, but we have also seen this situation bring out the best in humanity –the every day superheroes that are helping society stay safe and stay well.
We know that financial resources are tight at this time, but we ask you to please consider donating to this fund so that we can help these refugee families survive. They are a marginalized population, and especially during this time of crisis we really need help making sure that these families will be able to make it through this difficult phase. RWN's clients have become severely vulnerable during COVID-19. These families often live in multi-generational, high density apartment complexes. State-wide schools closures have forced many refugee women out of the formal economy. Also, the majority of other families working in retail, ride-sharing, restaurant, and manufacturing plants have lost their income.
Your gift will support RWN's efforts in providing these at risk families with food, utilities, baby supplies, and other basic needs.
