Monthly operations expense is about $5500.00 per month to cover utilities, repairs, insurance, security, cleaning, maintenance, free community events, free educationaland & healthcare programs, etc...
Alhumdulillah, even though the land area for the masjid was aquired as a donation, additional $375,000.00 Qard E Hasna was utilized for the modification of the existing broken structure into a Mosque along with costly site excavation, parking lot costs, renovations. After donations collected towards Qard E Hasna so far, we still have an outstanding balance of $203,500.00.
