Using motorsports as a catalyst, NXG Youth Motorsports, Inc. equips youth from historically excluded communities with the skills and confidence needed to excel on the road and in life. NXG strives for a future abundant with Black representation in motorsports, the automotive industry, and across all STEAM-based careers, fostering innovation, equity, and leadership that inspires future generations. The NXG Youth Motorsports Academy, our flagship program, offers experiential learning courses for 11-15 year old youth, using karting as a teaching tool for STEAM education and life skill development.
