Help Jonesboro High School's Band Make History Again!
The Jonesboro High School Majestic Marching Cardinals are once again taking their talents to the global stage! We’ve been invited to perform in the 2026 London New Year’s Day Parade, an international event that will showcase our students on one of the world’s biggest stages.
But here’s the reality—many of our students have never even left their hometown, let alone traveled overseas. As a Title I school in Clayton County, Georgia, where 100% of our students receive free lunch, financial hardships often stand in the way of life-changing experiences like this one.
Despite these challenges, our students continue to rise. They show up, put in the work, and represent our school, city, and country with excellence. This band isn’t just about music—it’s about resilience, opportunity, and proving that no dream is out of reach.
From marching in the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade to being featured in Usher’s Super Bowl commercial, from performing at the White House to the New Orleans Saints Halftime Show, the Majestic Marching Cardinals are setting a legacy that will inspire generations to come.
