Duke’s spinal cord surgery
Many of you have been following Duke and his journey with IBR. He was surrendered after his family couldn’t afford his medical care due to what we suspected was a torn ACL. After his vet visit yesterday, we were advised he has a spinal cord injury.
The volunteers at IBR are simply devastated and heartbroken at this diagnosis. We do not have the funds to provide the surgery and therapy he needs.
Duke is an energetic and **beyond** sweet 2-year old. He deserves a chance at life. IBR refuses to believe funds will be the reason his future is grim, at best.
