Immanuel Lutheran Church (OVER THE RAINBOW CHRISTIAN PRE-SCH)

Dear friends in Christ,

Our congregation, Immanuel Lutheran Church of Osceola, Iowa, is seeking help with an unexpected and urgent need. Our church’s parsonage has recently been found to have a concerning presence of mold. Test results have made it clear that the home will require professional mold remediation and substantial repairs to ensure that our pastor’s home is a safe and healthy place for him and his family.

Because the parsonage is church-owned, this has become a major expense for our congregation, especially after several recent major renovation projects. Based on remediation and reconstruction company quotes, to fully remediate and rebuild affected areas will be about $150,000.

We are so blessed to have Pastor Wendorff serving our congregation here at Immanuel, as well as Our Savior’s Lutheran Church in Leon, and we are so blessed also to have his beautiful family with us.
