Grace Community Services (GCS) is a cornerstone of support for our neighbors in need, offering three vital programs that address food insecurity, education, and healthy living. We’re aiming to raise $25,000 to ensure we can continue providing these essential services to our community.
Your support helps us make a meaningful impact across all three areas:
1. Breakfast Plus Program (Goal: $10,000)
For over 30 years, our Breakfast Plus Program has provided hearty weekend breakfasts to neighbors facing food insecurity, serving about 200 people each weekend. Last year, we expanded to offer meals 7 days a week, providing nourishment to another 35 individuals daily. For many, this meal is not just food but also a source of hope and connection.
Your support helps us cover food costs, supplies, and staffing to sustain this vital program through the end of the year.
$200 covers 5 weekdays of meals.
$500 Covers 1 weekend or 12 weekdays of meals.
$750 Covers 18 weekdays and 1 weekend or over 50% of a weekly cost.
$1,000 Covers 1 week of all meals (5 weekdays + 2 weekends).
$1,250 Covers 1 week + 2 extra weekends.
$2,000 Covers 2 weeks of meals or 60% of the monthly cost.
2. Inspire Program (Goal: $2,000)
Our INSPIRE Program offers year-round, individualized support to students from 6th grade through college. From tutoring and enrichment to vocational field trips, we’re empowering the future leaders of tomorrow. Currently, we have eight juniors actively working toward their academic and career goals, with our help shaping their paths to success.
Every dollar you give fuels critical resources like tutoring sessions, workshops, and career exposure opportunities.
$200 Covers 2 life skills workshops or 5 tutoring hours..
$500 Covers 14 hours of tutoring or 5 workshops.
$750 Covers 2 months of tutoring (20 sessions) or 5 vocational experiences.
$1,000 Covers 3 months of tutoring or sponsors 3 field trips.
$1,250 Covers 4 months of tutoring or 10 vocational experiences.
$2,000 Covers 5 months of tutoring, 6 field trips, or 20 vocational experiences.
3. Senior Program (Goal: $13,000)
Approximately 70 senior citizens gather daily for meals, fellowship, and activities that nurture both mind and body. From line dancing to creative writing, our programs help seniors stay active and connected, while fostering a strong sense of community.
Your donation ensures we can continue providing meals, supplies, and engaging classes for this vital program.
$200 Covers 8 months of class supplies or 7 continental breakfasts.
$500 Covers 3 days of classes or nearly 17 breakfasts.
$750 Covers 5 days of classes and 1 month of supplies.
$1,000 Covers almost 7 days of classes or a mix of supplies, breakfasts, and classes.
$1,250 Covers 8 days of classes and over a month’s worth of breakfasts.
$2,000 Covers 13 days of classes and nearly 4 months of supplies.
