(1) Provide free access to college and career readiness programs and resources for academic advancement and personal growth. (2) Provide workplace introduction events (and sponsored business internships) for our students to help develop perspective on career opportunities and focus college aspirations. (3) Provide college tours and workshops to familiarize our students with the application/admissions process. (4) Provide mentorship during college and assistance in career placements. EduMaKate School Chapter: Provides a customized and holistic 16-week readiness program for target students, and partners with all stakeholders (e.g. parents, teachers, and students) to shape the way we promote college and career advancement. Our college and career readiness workshops include: Expert talks, Financial Literacy, College Fundamentals, Career Essentials, Prep4Beak, and Self-Discovery.
