About Diaspora Burji Community Organization (Grow East Africa Organization)

To empower poor rural Africa families, women, and school-age girls to improve their livelihoods through education. We focus on access to quality education, clean drinking water, health services, rural agriculture, and development. We collaborate with poor rural communities to overcome poverty. Specifically, we distribute goats to in-need families in rural villages, help internally displaced people, primarily women grow vegetables and quinoa for food and sell access to the market; deliver clean water to villages using submersible solar pumps and pipe systems; equip schools with modern learning materials by building computer labs; organize and provide first aid sanitation and hygiene kits for school-age girls monthly health needs
