Please Help Coldstream Christian Camp - Est. 1980

Youth summer camps happened at Coldstream in June and July while a number of other camps had to issue cancellations or shut down completely. We had slightly smaller numbers and some things were obviously not "as normal”, but by God’s grace and with a lot of hard work our summer camp programs were successful, and all the camps were Covid-free. Additionally, no child was turned away regardless of the family’s ability to pay.

As we come into the fall, which is normally a very busy time for the whole camp, and approach the slower months of the winter, the struggles are very real. Income essential to camp operations has been lost with a projected shortfall of $58,000 by the first of the year at this point. The prospect of this beloved camp not making it through the pandemic is what has led me to ask for your help.

This place has contributed to the spiritual growth of countless children during summer camps, including my own, as well as adults and other youth during family gatherings, church retreats and other various groups and ministries since it opened in 1980.
My two teenage daughters have attended as campers, served as helpers & worked as counselors to younger children for the past three years, making a very real difference in their young lives and those around them.

Make an impact for the Kingdom and please consider giving something to help out during this very lean season. A donation of any amount will help!
The money raised will be used for some of the following things;
Utilities and upkeep, needed repairs, prioritized projects, insurance, kayaks and canoes, fees and payroll.

We are also asking that you pray for Coldstream to remain open and faithful to its mission. We are asking that you pray for the staff at Coldstream to be able to meet their needs. We are asking that you consider using Coldstream for a church or private retreat and lastly, please take a moment and share this funding request with friends, family, your church and post it on your social media accounts.
Since 1980, God has used Coldstream Christian Camp to minister to thousands of individuals. Coldstream is committed to pursuing its mission of providing a place for spiritual growth and evangelization in an outdoor setting, all to the glory of our risen Savior, Jesus Christ.
