Black Mens Xchange-National Inc.

The Rowal Bradford Village is a small village located in Sierra Leone in West Africa. It has a population of no more than 500 residents, with 136 of the residents being students. The village is financially supported by one family, the Mahoi family, however, they need some assistance. There are only 3 teachers and 4 classrooms within the village. The teachers are volunteering their time as the government is not paying them. The children walk a mile to school barefoot. Some children carry their furniture from home to school due to the condition of the desks and tables. We must step in and help in any capacity we can. 

With there being 136 children in the Bradford Village ranging from 1st to 12th grade, we want to provide each child with the following:
- Bookbag with school supplies
- Geometry Set
- 6 Composition Books
- 2 Uniforms 
- 5 Pairs of Undergarments
- Dress Shoes

We will be renovating the four classrooms by buying new chairs and desks for each student. We will also provide the village with a community center they can use to hold skill and trade workshops, after-school programs, etc. We will provide sustainable agriculture resources to provide for themselves and trade with neighboring villages. 

Our goal as an organization is to not only impact this village but to leave them with the capacity to sustain themselves. We believe with the right help to achieve these goals, especially with a renovated school and a community center, Bradford can proudly sustain itself. These are people who are hard-working and only dream of a better life for their families, and with the help of BWX (Black Women Xchange) and BMX (Black Men Xchange), most of these people will live to see their hometown prosper.
