Badger Childhood Cancer Network

When a child is diagnosed with cancer the impact on the entire family is huge. They often miss months of school while in treatment and struggle to catch up when they are feeling better. Many suffer long-term effects from chemotherapy and live in constant fear of relapse.

The financial impact of childhood cancer is also devastating. Parents often wipe out their savings to pay for their child's treatment and many are forced to give up their jobs to care for their child through treatment.

There are many support organizations that help kids while they are in treatment but not many that help afterward. We are partnering with the Badger Childhood Cancer Network (BCCN) to award scholarships for pediatric cancer survivors to give them one less thing to worry about as they try to rebuild their lives.

Last year we raised almost $20,000 and were able to cover almost all tuition costs for two amazing superheroes. This year we would like to help even more survivors.

We are trying to raise as much money as possible by December 31st. We will open up the scholarship application process on January 1st and will award the scholarships in May 2019. Please help us support some amazing cancer superheroes!
