Smiles for Sagaing Myanmar Children with Cleft

Please join me in making a difference. I'm raising money for Alliance For Smiles International, Inc. (AfS). I am honored to be the mission photographer for the Sagaing Myanmar mission - March 16-30 2019.
In 2017, I participated in two of these cleft lip / cleft palate missions where the team repaired about 100 anomalies in each location.
Everyone (surgeons, nurses, directors, photographers, etc.) participating in the mission is a volunteer. But the missions cost money for transportation, supplies, surgical instruments, lodging, meals, etc.

More information about Alliance For Smiles International, Inc. (AfS): 1. To provide free reconstructive surgery and dental treatment to children with cleft lip and palate anomalies in under-served areas of the world. 2. To establish comprehensive cleft treatment centers in collaboration with local professionals and inspire them to support free interdisciplinary treatment programs. 3. To foster an awareness of the necessity to provide timely comprehensive care for all cleft lip and palate anomalies. 4. To develop and implement programs to identify causes and support preventive measures to reduce the incidence of cleft lip and palate. 5. To create international understanding and goodwill by building bridges of friendship among all people.
