Rajeev & Sanjay invite you to help raise money to feed underprivileged kids in India by donating to Akshaya Patra Foundation.  Your donation will be fully tax deductible.  We have set our goal to raise $150,000 for this effort.  We have already raised $90,000 through direct donations to Akshya Patra and are hoping to raise another $50K thru GoFundme.  Hopefully, you will contribute generously.  Please also consider sponsoring a Table for the Gala scheduled for Nov 14th, 2021.  Premium Tables are $5,000 and VIP tables are $10,000.

"If you cannot feed a hundred people, then feed just one". 

Millions of kids in the India sleep hungry or don’t know where their next meal is coming from. We are running for these kids. Our journey began in May where we huffed and puffed running a mile.  We provided constant motivation, support and care to each other to run upto 10 miles so far. We are on track for 13.1 miles on October 21st, 2018 to run Baystate Half Marathon . 

We selected "Akshaya Patra ", the world’s largest (not-for-profit run) meal program serving wholesome food every school day to over 1.7 million children from 14,314 schools across 12 states in India.  If your employer matches the donation, this non-profit is on the list for many employers.

Every $ you contribute to this campaign puts food on a plate for a hungry kid.

Uma Krishnan was a member of the Barclays team for 10+ years.  She was the type of person that could always brighten your day whether it was her laugh you would hear or you needed someone to talk to.  Everyone knew her for her Potlucks and charity work as it was something that meant a lot to her and brought colleagues together to enjoy good food and company for a great cause.  The workplace will not be the same without her and in memory of her life we will be collecting money to donate to the charity that was near and dear to her heart “Akshaya Patra – Unlimited Food for Education.”
