Chaketra's Apartment Fire Fund

Donation protected
Hi my name is Barbara Cooper, on October 19th 2016, my daughter Chaketra Sleydin, (KeKe) had just made it to work around 6:20 a.m.  when she received a phone call from home, saying that her apartment was on fire. So she immediately left work and headed home. Luckily the childrens father got all 5 of the kids out the apartment without any harm to them. He was able to get them to a neighbors home, out of the rain, and away from the fire. Unfortunately, some of the children had clothes on and some didn't, and he was unable to go back into the apartment. Once the fire department came, they extinguished the fire before it spread any further in the apartment. When they were able to go back in to view the damages, she said it was heart breaking, she couldn't catch her breath and kept crying. I told her," Thank God" everybody got out of there, and to try to calm down so that she could go in and collect what you can. Their apartment got severly damaged, losing a lot. They didn't have renters insurance, so they pretty much are on their own to replace there items. They are now without a home until they place them in another on.  They  are in desparate need of everything. My daughter has 5 children, a 9 year old daughter, 7 year daughter, 2 year old daughter and a set of twins, a boy & girl which are 8 months old.  Any amount is appreciated, thank you in advance.
