The Baby Rosa Fund

Baby Rosa was prematurely born on May 31st at just 25 weeks and weighing only 811grams. Although her prognosis seemed dim at first, she is a fighter and has remained in NICU. She'll need to stay in the neo-natal intensive care unit until, hopefully, her due date in the middle of September, which is what we are praying for and not longer. Meanwhile our dearest friend Carolina Gonzalez-Simsek had to remain hospitalized for 3 weeks due to complications with the pregnancy, delivery and health issues.

Recovering from an emergency C-section and an unexpected infection has made this experience very traumatic for both mom and baby. At this stage it's highly unlikely she can return to work any time soon.

This is why this GoFundMe account has been created to help with the difficult journey ahead with Baby Rosa's health. It's been a difficult and arduous time for Carolina, Baby Rosa & family, and they need all the help we can give as the next few months will be critical.

We know most of you who know Carolina are looking for a way to help support her through this difficult time.
