Cheer Aspirations DARE Project

Cheer Aspirations (CA) built a storeroom adjacent to SMK Seaeld's school hall which was used to store training mats. Early in the morning on November 23rd, 2012, the whole 

storeroom of mats was burned down. A passerby saw the fire and alerted the fire department. By the time the re was put out, the storeroom and all the mats had been destroyed, 

and the fire had also damaged adjacent parts of the school hall. Although everyone was truly saddened by this incident, we are thankful that no one got injured, the entire hall was 

not burned down, and that the SPM students were not greatly affected. The school and teachers have been incredibly supportive and we are extremely grateful to them. The 

forensics team has studied the evidence and their report on the cause of the fire is ARSON, the criminal act of maliciously setting re to someone's property. It truly saddens us that 

someone could do such a malicious act. However, we are determined to continue to be strong and to keep on growing the sport and improving the standard of cheerleading because 

we love the sport with an unwavering passion and dedication.
