Bisexual Pride Flag - Hillcrest

Help us honor the bisexual community in Hillcrest!

Matthew approached the Log Cabin Republicans of San Diego County (LCRSD) about this project. After receiving their support, the LCRSD is now collaborating on fundraising with the SD Democrats for Equality and the San Diego LGBT Center.

At the Pride Flag in Hillcrest, the community has flown the following flags: LGBT Pride Flag, the Marriage Equality Flag, the Transgender Pride Flag, and the Leather Pride flag. 

Last September, when it was Bisexual Awareness Week, Matthew was disappointed to see that the Bisexual Pride flag was never flown. Let's make sure that that doesn't happen again! The "B" in LGBT should not be just another letter, but an important part of the community with a voice and a place at the table. Visibility matters. Bisexual representation matters. 

Please help be a part of this project and make sure that Hillcrest will not forget the Bi+ community this year. 

All proceeds will go to pay for the Flag that will be flown over Hillcrest. This flag can be reused each year. 

The estimate we have received is $428.85. And with taxes and fees we will need to raise about $450.
