Please help support our family

Hello, I decided to set this up in order to help us during these trying times. My wife was recently involved in a very serious car accident that has resulted in her being immobile. Because I am sole provider of my household, its going to be difficult caring for her, our two small children and earn a living. She will be bed ridden for awhile and we dont have much support so I will have to care for her. She suffered severvely and I cannot allow my household to suffer as well. Normally I wouldnt do anything like this but this is a serious time of need for my family and any support would be appreciated. The goal is what I calculated considering the time i will have to be out of work and the bills that are comming with this unfortunate circumstance.
