Buy a Virtual Plate!

Donate a $10 Virtual Plate to the Zion City Fish Fry and help our community keep building a local park for our residents! On April 21, 2017 we will be holding a Fish Fry from 11am-4:00pm at 4300 Erato St, New Orleans, LA in order to raise funds for our neighborhood organization. We would love to see you there to get a $10 plate with fish, macaroni, potato salad, peas, cake, and more if you can come!  However, if you cannot make it, we are trying to raise an equal or greater amount from $10 Virtual Plates by April 21! 

In the picture above you can see our neighborhood disaster preparedness event which is one of the events that our fundraising supports. Since that event in 2015 we have purchased the lots that you can see in the picture and we are transforming them into a pocket park for our elders, children, and families. This was the dream of our former neighborhood president, Ms Cynthia Harris, who sadly passed away in December 2016. We are working to complete the Cynthia Harris Memorial Park in her memory, to continue our work feeding elders in the community, and to pay our local maintenance crew to help keep dumping and debris off of the vacant lots in our community.  We need funding to support our activities and finish the park - please buy a Virtual Plate today and share with your friends before April 21!
