Elena has been in hospital and out of work since November 17th and has no set date to return home.  Although she has OHP insurance, she is missing work and unsure of her financial recovery.  

We have set up this campaign so that she can focus on her physical and mental health recovery without the added stress of financial uncertainty.

Elena is currently having multiple complications due to Graves Disease, as well as abscessed ovaries, and Crohn's/colitis flare up.   Although she just received a surgery, she is still in the hospital fighting for her health.  Her abscessed ovaries have not been responding to medication.  On top of this, she has endured an intubation due to a full impaction of the intestines.
