Our school has not approved this method as a fundraiser, so for legal reasons we cannot specifically name our school or our organization. That being said, we are part of a well-known organization that helps build homes for those less fortunate. For quite a few years, we have chosen to spend our spring break traveling to other parts of the country to help build homes- a very humbling experience for our student members.
This year 12 of us will be traveling to Vero Beach, Florida to help those in need.
This is why we need your help! Our school funding only covers a certain amount for traveling, and has a cap of mileage (800 miles for each van). Round-trip we will be traveling over 2,500 miles (for each of our two vans)! Please help us cover the cost of registration, gas, and food for our students committed to helping others! Every dollar goes toward our trip!
