Build Omongole Community School

As one our community initiatives, we consider education as a tool and gift to children in this community and we have chosen Omongolemu community school as our first priority. We have had numerous visits to this isolated school( the only school in this community)
to interact with the administration on how we could best help improve the school and service delivery in anyway we can Amidst the numerous challenges that they always have to channel through, CLASSROOMS AND BLACKBOARDS have been a big challenge.
During the rainy season;
1. There are breaks amidst lessons to seek shelter and protect the few books that they have from the rain.
2. Heavy winds blow off the grass thatched classrooms.
3. The dampness and muddy ground is the desk and table so lessons stop until they dry
4. The dusty ground puts their health at a risk with constant flu and cough. Jiggers too
Due to lack of classroom, there are no permanent blackboards to ease blackboard illustrations.
This community school which is the only available school in this community needs any support in whatever way possible. Let us build the permanent classrooms and wall chalkboards.
