Cottleville Family flooded out

Donation protected
We are the daughters of Cottleville family effected by the the flood on December 26th 2015 in Cottleville Missouri on Hwy N. We need everyones help to raise money for our family which includes our mother, step father, two brothers under 18, and their pets. You never imagine waking up at night to your home submerged in cold water a day after Christmas. This location is not only their dream home with all their belonging and memories, but also our family gathering location.
On December 26th we had flash flood warnings and everything that seemed okay got very bad QUICK. We all had to pull together to get out of location as we had out of town family. We had a lot of children and their belongings along with Christmas gifts we left behind. It all happened so fast their was no time to really clear belongings out. The creek has not even reached it's crest yet and is expected to reach it Tuesday.
15,000 is far from the amount of damange and repair from what we can see, but as of now we are trying to raise what we can to help right now. The house is going to need so many repairs as it has been occupying water more than 24 hours now. Such as new flooring, drywall, heat, air conditioning, appliances, electrical. Vehicles have been under water & daily tools for job ruined. Mom and kids got out safely thanks to the the firemen and police men, Step Dad unfortunately refused to leave due to being unable to get their 8 year old blind great dane out safely.
As soon as this rain stops and the water level drops we would love to jump on getting this all cleaned out before mold becomes a hazard. To get our families home safe and livable again. As of now they need a place to stay, food, clothing, and daily necessities. When so many things in your home becomes a sinking memory or a floating disaster it becomes almost unbearable. They have lost so much and have to start from scratch. It will take a long time without reaching out for help. Our parents are not ones to ask for handout or help but as of now we are all unsure how this is going to be possible to fix alone.
We completely understand people do not have tons of money to spare, especially right after Christmas time. If you have ANY amount that you could share we would be so thankful and appreciate it. Please share and PRAY as this is just the beginning of a very hard and emotional time. We will update goal when we have a better idea of exact damages. If you can not help with funds a hand to clean up will help when we are able to safely enter again. This video was taken by a near by resident.
