Send Victor to College!

Hello everyone! My name is Janaye and I want to be able to send my little cousin to a college out-of-state. His mom has been disabled with Multiple Sclerosis his entire life and his father passed away when he was little. He graduates from high school in a week and has to go to community college because he doesn't have enough money to go to Oregon State University. I want to make that happen with your help!
