Help my family

I am a father in a loving family of four. In spite of terrible set backs and constraints like my end stage renal failure and subsequent difficulty working, we have found ways to keep laughing.
  Then my four year old son was diagnosed with rhabdo sarcoma (testicular cancer).
  He's a happy sweet boy who loves affection, video games ,and science. The treatment was a 23-week course of chemotherapy as well as having a testicle removed. We are 18 weeks in now and there have been no relapses. He has chemo once a week and we've never missed. 
   The problem is that two nights ago some ass came into the parking lot of our apartment complex and cut the catalytic converter from under our car. So now my sons immune system is too compromised to safely use medical transportation or Lyft and I can't drive him to his chemo appointments.  I'm trying to get funding to get our car fixed so I can safely get not only my son but my family from point A to point B when unnecessary.
