A Expedição 7 do Agrupamento 46, 30 crianças entre os 10 e os 14 anos idealizaram um projecto de viver o primeiro acampamento escutista como Baden-Powell (o fundador) realizou, na ilha de Brownsea e ir a Londres. Apresentaram o projecto aos seus chefes, mas logo lhes foi dito que para ir a Londres, se trabalhassem muito talvez fosse possível, mas ir à ilha de Brownsea seria quase impossível devido ao custo.
Pedimos um orçamento de transporte de Londres para a Ilha e o orçamento apresentado foi de 2800€ para as 30 crianças.
Vamos trabalhar para conseguir angariar os 350€ por criança para poderem realizar parte do seu sonho escutista de ir a Londres, onde tudo começou, mas a única forma de poderem ir à ilha de Brownsea, é com o vosso apoio.
No vídeo explicamos e apresentamos o plano de angariações de fundos, trabalho este que os exploradores terão que fazer para conseguirem o financiamento para o seu projecto.
Ofereceremos um voucher* com uma escapadinha de fim-de-semana ao maior doador e outro voucher*, sortearemos entre todos os que doaram para a realização deste sonho.
* Os vouchers foram-nos oferecidos por uma agência de viagens e poderão consultar após o sorteio, a quem serão oferecidos, na nossa página de facebook.

The Scout Troop 7 of the 46th Group, 30 children between the ages of 10 and 14 idealized a project where they relive the first scouting camp as Baden-Powell (the founder) did, in the Island of Brownsea and go to London. They presented their project to their Leaders and were given a straightforward input, that if they put their minds to it and worked to make it true, they might be able to visit London, but Brownsea was just too far away and the financial cost would be too high.
We asked for a transportation budget for the Island and the budget we were given was 2800€ for all 30 children.
We’re going to work hard to raise the 350€ per child so they can realize part of their scouting dream of visiting London, where it all began, but the only way they can go to the Island of Brownsea, is with your support.
In the video, we explain and present the fundraising plans, work that the scouts will have to do to get the funds for their project.
We’ll give away a voucher* with a weekend escape to the biggest donor and we’ll draw another voucher for all remaining donors that helped make this dream come true.
* The vouchers were offered to us by a travel agency and you’ll be able to see who they’ll be offered to in our facebook page.
