Bringing our daughter Home!

Hi friends and family, almost 2 years ago God spoke to tom and I about adopting a very special girl from Burkina Faso. This was impossible for me and Tom, but God provided for this through so many wonderful people who have given to make this a reality!! It literally was a miracle. And now after a very long process things are finally happening  and we are able to go get our daughter this coming June!! We are so close to the finish line and the excitement is tangible!! We are in awe of what God has done so far and are so thankful for all those who have prayed, fasted and given to make this moment arrive. 

We have been going to Burkina Faso for 11 years, mostly 2 times a year for Walk in the Light. Burkina is our 2nd home we love Burkina and for 11 years, we have never brought the boys with us. We have said we would take our boys when they were 8 & 9 when we felt they were ready. Ezra is now 8 and nehemiah is 10, its crazy how this family trip we have always wanted would be to go their new sister and our new daughter!! We strongly feel from the Lord that the boys  and allisha needed to come and be apart of this as this adoption changes everything for them. We want them to see her orphanage and see the country that they have sacrificed so much time away from us over the years for us to help these people they don't know.  We believe this will be a life changing trip for them and very important as we as a family bond with our Daughter!
