I am beyond excited to announce that I AM ADOPTING!!!
Since I first started fostering the mancubs last June, I had prayed long and hard for each one of them to be discovered by their mommies and daddies who would eventually take them home to be their sons forever. I had also prayed for the opportunity to adopt myself one day. This is when I learned that as a single man, I was in fact eligible to adopt from India... and maybe God could use me to be one more young person's forever family. So I buckled down, did my research, talked to my family and prayed, prayed, PRAYED! Blood or not, LOVE creates a family. The deep unexplainable love I have felt & God's guidance through this season has left me with no shadow of a doubt that I was meant to adopt from India.
Why India?
With over 30 million orphans in the country of India, there is a huge need for family's willing to adopt a child with special needs.
So I'm pursuing the adoption of a little boy from India. He is my sunshine, my delight; but more importantly, He is the Lord's, fearfully and wonderfully made. Although the mancub I am pursuing is technically outside of my age range due to some of India's guidelines and regulations, I am walking out this process with faith and expectation knowing that the Lord will have His perfect will in this situation.
There is absolutely no way I can do this by myself though! I need your support and your prayers! International adoption from India costs close to $30,000 when it's all said and done and that is a lot of money! It would truly mean the world to me (and my future son) for you to partner with us in this journey to family! "
