Bridge Street Empanadas

I am raising money to help fund my operation feeding the homeless in Spokane. Every week I cook super tasty Empanadas (it's like a hot pocket but with real meat and veggies), bag them up and hand them out under the bridges and throughout downtown.  I have expanded to serve delicious soup and bread, coffee, water, fruit, other snacks, and warm socks for many cold feet. I am doing this out of my pocket, in my kitchen, with my car, and from the bottom of my heart.  My goal is to open a food truck; "Bridge street Empanadas".  The truck will bring funding to continue to serve the homeless, will bring attention to a community in desperate need, and will provide patrons an opportunity to donate funds and, or goods.
